How We Discovered This System
In 2024, I joined Gauntlet AI—an elite engineering fellowship in Austin, Texas. Our mission: rebuild Marin Software, a bankrupt public ad-tech company, from the ground up using AI. Netflix was filming the entire journey.
We had the technical chops. We built the product fast. But we hit a wall: go-to-market. We had leads coming in, sales calls happening, feedback pouring in—but no system to capture it. Notes scattered across Slack, Notion, and people's heads. Leads went cold because we forgot to follow up.
I watched our team spend hours prepping for calls, only to lose all that context the moment the call ended. We were making the same mistakes over and over because we couldn't see the patterns. We had no visibility into what was working.
So I built a system. An AI engine that captured every lead, researched them automatically, briefed our team before calls, extracted insights from transcripts, and handled follow-up. It didn't replace our team—it amplified them. Sales prep went from 3 hours to 11 minutes. Every customer conversation compounded into institutional knowledge.
That system changed everything. It's what you'll see in the documentary. And it's what we're sharing with you today as CrushGTM.
